To help protect your privacy and account, Velvet22 offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for both Client Accounts and Provider Accounts.
When 2FA is enabled, you will be required to enter a verification code sent to your email address every time you log in. This provides an additional layer of security, even if someone knows your password.
How to Enable 2FA
-
Log in to your Velvet22 account.
-
Navigate to Settings.
-
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
-
Save your changes.
Once activated, every login will require:
-
Your email address and password.
-
A one-time verification code sent to your registered email address.
Why Enable 2FA?
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA because it helps protect your account from:
-
Unauthorized access
-
Stolen passwords
-
Account takeovers
-
Credential stuffing attacks
Even if someone obtains your password, they will not be able to access your account without the verification code.
Didn't Receive Your Code?
If you don't see the email:
-
Check your spam or junk folder.
-
Wait a few minutes and try again.
-
Use the "Send a new code" button on the verification screen.
Need to Reset 2FA?
For security reasons, 2FA cannot be reset directly from your account settings.
If you lose access to your email address or need your 2FA settings reset, please contact the Velvet22 Support Team. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Protecting your privacy and account security is one of our highest priorities.
