Payment Successful But My Membership Is Not Active

Velvet22 uses a credit-based system. Before upgrading your membership, you must first purchase credits and add them to your account.

Bitcoin Payments

Bitcoin transactions require blockchain confirmations and may take some time to be processed. In most cases, your credits will be added automatically once the transaction has received sufficient confirmations.

If your credits have not been added within 2 to 3 hours, please contact our support team. We will review the transaction and assist you further.

Credit & Debit Card Payments

Credit and debit card payments are typically processed much faster. In most cases, credits are added to your account within a few minutes after a successful payment.

How To Upgrade Your Profile

Once your credits have been added to your account, you can upgrade your profile by visiting:

Settings → Upgrade Your Profile

From there, select the plan you would like to activate and use your available credits to complete the upgrade.

Still Missing Credits?

If your payment was successful but your credits have not been added after the expected processing time, please contact our support team and include:

  • Your account email address

  • The payment amount

  • The payment method used

  • The approximate transaction time

Our team will investigate the transaction and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
